Years ago my mother was declined by various banks for finance for a car as she was on a Pension. By chance we came across Steve who told us he couldn't see a problem and offered to put it forward for us (all the others had said they couldn't see a problem either). To our amazement that same afternoon Steve called my mother to say that it had been approved. This memory stuck with me for years. In December I heard a radio advertisement for Steve and was stoked as I too was in the market for a new car.
