After starting in the car game as a salesman in 1995, I quickly realised that people do not actually enjoy shopping for cars. As time progressed I trained to become a Finance Manager, (Business Manager as they are known as in the dealerships), and it was during this time that I discovered that I could help people to get what they wanted. To help them realise a dream, and to show them that it was sometimes more affordable to buy the car that they really wanted or needed rather than put up with second best. I did this by tailoring a finance package that suited lifestyles and not just giving them a car loan.
During the last 16 years I have also managed a Used Car operation, been a New Car Sales Manager, and worked closely with spare parts suppliers, finance companies, insurers, and wholesalers.
